Incident-Based Plans

For incident-based plans, you will be eligible for a refund when any of the following criteria are met:

  • You had all the prerequisites required to resolve the problem and the issue was not resolved while your account was active.
  • The issue is out of scope for the particular plan you purchased.
  • 15 days have not passed since the issue was last worked upon by a Blue Sky Global technician.
